NFL player, Troy Polamalu got his hair insured for a whooping $1 million, something that is really hard to believe, but this what Head & Shoulders just stated. Polamalu got his insurance done with the Lloyd’s in London, a Britain based insurance giant.

He has done a remarkable job anyways, as he has appeared in many of the Head & Shoulders advertisements where he has gracefully shown off his locks. His hair is of typical Samoan background, as he himself is, and it can be considered a heritage for him.

But one cannot be just lost in the endeavor of his lovely hair, as he is a NFL player, and as a professional footballer, his hair can be a target to any of the opponent players, then why take the risk on the field. There are some critics out there who say that this move by Polamalu is nothing but a publicity stunt.
