Miss Angola, Leila Lopes has been crowned as Miss Universe 2011 leaving behind 88 contestants in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The 25 year old managed to spread her magic with her sweet smile and also become one of the few black women to grab the crown.

Lopes became the first winner for Angola. The model while speaking at the event in Brazil on 12th September said that her smile was the biggest weapon she had.

Talking about her beauty secret, Lopes said that she had never been under the surgeon’s knife to enhance her beauty and that she had always followed the basic beauty tips that is to get lot of sleep, wear sun block even when not sunny and drink lots of water.

While talking about the sensitive topic like racism she said that a racist needs to seek help. Lopes added that it is normal to think that way in the 21st century. Leila said that she had done a lot being Miss Angola, while helping the poor kids, fighting HIV, protecting elderly people and now being the Miss Universe she would be able to do much more than before. In her interview question she was asked what physical trait she would like to change if she could, to which Lopes answered that she was satisfied the way God had created her and that she would never like to change anything.
