While actress Lindsay Lohan is trying her best to perform her best at the community service program at the LA County Morgue, the authorities had again criticized her act of ordering fancy cup cakes to be delivered at the morgue. Lohan order 36 cup cakes from a local bakery which were sent back by Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter.

Winter had said that such gestures are unacceptable and that they are not there to accept food. The chief Coroner had turned away the delivery boy who had brought cup cakes from the local bakery.

On the other hand Lindsay had said that it was just a way to express that she had felt terrible after she had failed the previous day to appear in time. Lohan said that she wanted to make up for the misunderstandings.

Moreover, some of the sources from the morgue had said that Lohan did not behave like a spoiled brat and had got down on her knees and hands to clean the floor and had also brushed the toilets. The actress had also interacted with the other volunteers at the morgue. Even the representative of the actress had said that her gesture was not taken in the right spirit.

Here we go again, Lindsay Lohan was ordered to return back to jail by the Beverly Hills court, as she has violated her probation terms. This time she will be spending almost a month in jail custody, till she awaits for her next hearing in context to the violation of her probation. It is reported that Lohan failed a drug test during her probation period, which makes her slip into deeper legal problems.

Judge Elden Fox in the Beverly Hills court set a date of 22nd October to decide whether Lindsay Lohan has actually violated the terms of her probation, until that time she will be spending her time in jail. Lindsay, 24, was convicted in the year 2007, for drunk driving and cocaine possession, and it was after this she has been falling badly into legal problems of the state.

Lohan had spent some two weeks in jail during the month of August, and an additional 22 days in a residential drug programme. As soon as she was released from her term, she became subject to a series of drug tests which were ordered by the court, and unfortunately this time Lohan apparently failed the drug test, which concludes that she has violated the terms of her probation. On Monday, an arrest warrant was issued by the court, that Lohan should be present before the Judge.

Lindsay Lohan, during the hearing on Wednesday had a small profane message written on her middle finger. During the hearing, she was sentenced for a 90 days jail term. She stated that what she had written on her middle finger was nothing related to the court matter, nor did she try offend anyone with that message.

Reports state that Lindsay said it was just a design that she had made using a stencil. The message was raised during the court secession, when the photographer present in the court noticed it. Later there were questions raised on whether she was trying to ply a message to someone.

The message came into light, when Lohan was wiping her tears, after hearing the judgement, made by Judge Marsha Revel. She is now asked to surrender on the 20th of July.

Yesterday when Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days imprisonment, she had a small message for her judge Marsha Revel, which she had written on the nail of her middle finger. Message read ‘F**K You’, well that showed what kind of respect she had for the judge. The little message was so tiny, that hardly anyone noticed.

Well now this seems to be absurdly disrespectful, as you already have strong term of sentence waiting for you, and such an act make things just get worse. Even though there was a huge emotional drama that took place in the court room, during her sentence, when she started to beg and cry to make her jail term a bit less. But with such an act in her mind, it seems that she took the sentence very lightly.

The 24 year old actress has been sentenced to a 90 day imprisonment and then another 90 days in the rehab. But for now, Lindsay Lohan is taking a walk in the park, at least we can see this from her reactions, she twittered her friends and fans, thanking them for the support they have provided. But some of her close ones fear that she wont be able to make through these 14 days, after which she is asked to turn her self in. They feel that she may emotionally break down or even worse, not survive.

The court on Tuesday made a strong decision, sentencing Lindsay Lohan to 90 days in jail, as she failed to attend her alcohol eduction classes, in context to her drunk driving case.

Judge Marsha Revel, who pronounced the sentence on her, stated, there are many instances in the past where she had lied about consuming alcohol and even drugs. In one of her statements, she said, that Lohan is one of those people who are cheating but they dont think they are cheating until they get caught.

During the court’s sentence, Lohan was in tears, she spoke to the court saying, that till now she was in compliance with her programs. She added, that she was not trying to get any special treatment, but then she has to work to provide herself, she had been trying hard to comply with her work and to show up in the class. While tears rolled down her eyes, she said she took everything responsibly and was very serious about it.

Lindsay Lohan, as she is very frequent in the news, could be ending up in the jail due to violation of her probation.

When Lindsay was asked, she stated, that she knows that the judge Marsha Revel hates her, but she knows that she has done no wrong, and there is a very little chance of her ending up behind bars.

As per the sources close to Lindsay, state that she is very confident of any missteps that she had taken in the past have all been sorted out and as she is fresh out of her alcohol education classes, she feels where can something go wrong?

But what Lindsay doesn’t understand is, she had missed three of alcohol education classes and on the basis of this she can be put in jail.

But all the fuss has not come up for the reason that the thief or the dog ate or stole her passport from Paris and she could not show up for the hearing. And the situation is such that she has become accustomed of being bailed out by her good lawyers, whatever the situation may be, so she thinks that this could be repeated again and again.

Actress Lindsay Lohan has reportedly filed a 100-million-dollar lawsuit against E-Trade Financial Corp after she alleges that their advertisement features during the Super Bowl and Olympics was based on her – Milkaholic Lindsay. In response to the claims made by Lindsay in court documents, the E-Trade Financial Corp says the lawsuit is meritless and it will do all it can to prove it.

According to reports, Lindsay has accused the company of giving a bad image to her name and personality. The ad was first aired during the Superbowl and in it, it shows talking babies who in the course of their conversation refer to “milkaholic Lindsay”.

In another report: “The investment company says its commercial was meant to be ‘witty and memorable.’

Although some fans insist it reminds them of her, others called her plain paranoid.

Lindsay Lohan is back in the news for yet another car crash.

A rep at the Los Angeles Police Department told E! News:”Her car was involved in an incident last night and a report was generated. There is an investigation. That’s all we can confirm at this time”.

TMZ reports that Lindsay was not behind the wheel of her BMW at the time her stuck a paparazzo while leaving The Hotel Cafe. Her driver is allegedly being investigated for assault with a deadly weapon, but Lindsay seems to be in no trouble.

This is not the first time that the “Mean Girls” star is involved in a car crash as she had a famous one back in 2005 and was also arrested for DUI.

Casey Johnson’s sudden death has led to something very weird -more than 4,000 followers have been added to her account ever since her death on Monday.

According to sources, Casey’s Twitter page had 5,007 followers last week which has shot upto 9,373 followers since her death.

This is indeed weird considering that Casey is no more and will no longer tweet from her personal account.

Her friends such as Tila Tequila, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan are alll known to have tweeted their condolences to her.
