After singers Adele and John Mayer, popular country musician Keith Urban is also all set to undergo a throat surgery later this month. By the end of November, the singer would be going through a throat surgery due to which he has cancelled the ‘All For The Hall’ concert that was supposed to take place on 18th January 2012.

Urban has to go through a surgery to remove a polyp that has developed on his vocal chords. After the surgery the husband of Nicole Kidman has to take ample rest and also go through an undetermined period of recuperation.

The ‘All For The Hall’ concert was supposed to be a fund raising event which benefits the Country Music Hall Of Fame, but now the event has been reschedule along with the other cancelled appearances. The 44 year old singer has said that before he undergoes the surgery he would be fulfilling the one-song performance commitments.

Urban will be performing at the Country Music Association Awards on 9th November 2011. Earlier, British singer Adele too underwent a throat surgery and John Mayer too went through the same procedure after he was diagnosed with throat inflammation also known as granuloma. Keith has been popular mainly in the United States and Australia.

Country singer Keith Urban says he’d love to collaborate with his wife Nicole Kidman, because they really have a great time singing together at home.

In an interview, Urban said: “Would we do something together? I don’t think it’s ever out of the question. I don’t know. We sort of do our own things professionally. But I love singing with her at home. It’s quite nice. She’s a huge inspiration for everything I do.”

Besides Nicole, 42, the singer also said that his baby girl Sunday Rose looks like she got some really good singing talent at her age.

Keith Urban told OK! Magazine: “She’s got some pipes. They’re loud, you know! I think so. I think she sounds quite musical. Sit her at the piano and play and we mash the keys together.”
