The results of the BE 6th and 8th Semester and B.Ed annual examinations have been announced by the Jammu University. The examinations of the BE and B.Ed were held in September 2010.

Established in the year 1969, by the State Legislature Act, the University offers postgraduate courses, undergraduate courses and doctoral programs. Moreover, it also confers honorary degrees to candidates with exceptional calibre. The University which is situated on the banks of river Tawi, has affiliated and recognized many colleges. In a latest development, the University has set up satellite campuses in Kathua, Poonch and Bhaderwah which offers vocational courses.
