The latest victim of the death hoax, is Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen. Reports had started circulating on the internet on 12th July 2011 that the actor is dead. The fact is that the actor is alive and well.

The news of the fake death reports had surfaced just hours after a similar false rumour had claimed that Hugh Hefner has passed away. The fans of the actor after the fake reports were waiting for the news to be confirmed.

One of the users on Twitter had re-tweeted a fake Msnbc reports that had said that the actor was found dead in his Beverly Hills residence in the morning and that the cause of his death is unknown. On the contrary, another fan of the actor had tried to deny the reports.

The fan said that Charlie Sheen wasn’t dead and that he had just sent him a RT. The fan had also added that the actor had been tweeting regularly throughout the day. The rumours had originated from the reports that the ‘Two and a Half Men’ character is set to be killed off. Actor Ashton Kutcher was brought in place of Sheen in the upcoming series. Chuck Lorre, the writer is working on the transition between the two stars.

Guinness world records confirmed through their Facebook page, Sheen had actually touched a new world record of having the largest fan following in a limited period of time. Later the news broke, that Sheen had signed a deal with Ad.ly, which is an advertising firm from Beverly Hills.

Ad.ly posts messages on many celebrities accounts and in such a way it publishes ads of various products through their account. Sheen too is a part of these celebrities who tends to use his Twitter account to publish and advertise various products.

None of the circumstances these days are getting better from actor Charlie Sheen, and recently the LA Police removed his twin boys from his mansion. After witnessing this Sheen was frustrated and said this was certainly not the America that he had grew up in. The city Judge had ordered the twins to be moved away to their mother as she had filed for a divorce.

Brooke Mueller, who had married Sheen in the year 2008, had a very tough time with him, especially when it came to domestic violence. In the month of December 2009 Mueller and Sheen parted ways, because he had been arrested on domestic violence charges.

The sole reason they are having a tough time with their payment is because of Charlie Sheen’s rehab issues and his bouncing image in the public.

As of now the crew personnel are blaming Sheen and his behaviour, for this is making them shift their jobs status almost on a regular basis. The entire Two and a half men crew are on the verge to burst out on the star, and they are asking, whether he can pay their lost salary.

Charlie Sheen’s lawyer has made a strong statement saying that the adult film actress, Capri Anderson is a complete liar and is nothing but a greedy person for money and cash. All the claims stated by the pornographic actress over his client, Charlie Sheen, are completely false, he added. Anderson earlier had claimed that Sheen, was violent with her when they were spending a night at a hotel.

She stated that he even physically abused her during the time when, Sheen was found naked with this actress in a hotel suite in New York last month, by the cops. Yale Galanter, Sheen’s lawyer has stated “Ms. Capri never made any allegation to the police of any wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen on the night of the incident and she had every opportunity to do so”.

In addition to the above statement, the confident Mr. Yale added “She also posted on her website that she was ‘fine’ and if you wanted to see more of her, for a price, one could enter the web site.” After the New York hotel incident, Sheen has been in bad light ever since, and this is really a large stain on his movie career.

Actor Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller were having relationship problems, but it was only when Charlie ended up in jail on Christmas that the two realized how bad it was. Hence the couple have decided to go in for marriage counselling.

A source told People.com, “They were fighting at a dinner in a friend’s house and it continued until the next morning. Both of them were drinking and neither was supposed to be. They both have histories of alcohol abuse and have made every effort to stop. But things got out of hand.”

The couple have dashed reports that they had separated. However, it looks like they plan on starting 2010 on a good note and hence the counselling.

Actor Charlie Sheen was arrested and jailed on Christmas Eve after an alleged domestic violence incident between the actor and his wife, Brooke Mueller.

According to the reports, Sheen made a visit Colorado to visit Mueller in her new apartment of three months since the two have attempted to work out some personal marital problems. Unfortunaltely rhings turned ugly when the two began arguing and Sheen then reportedly shoving Mueller to the wall.

Sheen was then taken into custody on charges of domestic violence against Mueller on December 25, 2009. Some of the pending charges include felony second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

The actor was then released from the Pitkin County Jail after posting an $8,500 Bond. He is scheduled to appear in court February 8, 2010.

This is not the first domestic violence case that Charlie Sheen has been involved in. In March 2005, while his then wife Charlie Sheen was still pregnant with their daughter Lola, Richards filed for divorce from Sheen, on the grounds that Sheen threatened Richards with violence.
