American music producer and rapper Swizz Beatz has got engaged to Grammy winning singer Alicia Keys, and the couple have announced that they are expecting their first child.

Alicia Keys confirmed the news of her pregnancy and this will be her first child. Swizz Beatz on the other hand, has two children from previous relationships.

The couple started dating back in 2008 and are rumored to get married later this year.

Alicia Keys rose to fame with her song “Fallin’” which won her 5 Grammy’s and numerous other awards. She has worked with other musicians including Jay-Z, and has acted in a few movies as well. Swizz Beatz has worked with Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, among other singers.

There are reports that “Fallin’” singer Alicia Keys is planning to get married to her rapper boyfriend Swizz Beatz in private. But neither of the stars have confirmed the news.

A celebrity portal had previously reported that Swizz had asked Alicia for her hand in marriage the day before her 25th birthday on Monday and rumor has it that it was one big seven-carat rock !!

A source told Usmagazine: “They are currently in Hawaii celebrating the engagement and her birthday. She feels blessed. She is thrilled. She is with the man who has inspired so much of her music and her new album.”

But according to Alicia’s rep the singer is reportedly not engaged yet.
