Vivek and Priyanka were happily married at Alva’s residence in Bengaluru on the Friday. Their wedding took place in distinct Indian traditions which belonged from Punjabi and Kannada.

The wedding took place at the Alva’s farmhouse in Bengaluru, and it is said the wedding ceremony was limited to close family and friends only. Vivek was wearing a maroon-gold sherwani and a traditional turban on his head. The marriage took place in both Punjabi and Kannada style, during Friday afternoon.

Vivek and Priyanka looked very happy to finally be a wedded couple, and for now Vivek has said that he would be taking a break from the cinema industry, so that he can spend some time with his wife. It has been said that some 1000 guests were called to attend the wedding ceremony, and altogether it was an auspicious moment for both the Oberoi and Alva families, to see their children getting married and begin a new life hereon.

Indonesia Volcano Mount Merapi Has Erupted Once Again On Saturday

Indonesia’s active volcano, Mount Merapi, is said to have erupted once again, the witnesses have claimed to have seen it explode. The explosion was so strong, that the volcano showered ash and smoke almost 12 kms away from the mountain. The witnesses, who were in fear, stated that the explosion on Saturday was stronger and louder than the eruption which killed 34 people earlier this week.

Soldiers and other authorities who were posted near the mountain ran away, along with hundreds of villagers in fear. Cars were clogged and blocked the road as black soot covered the sky and showered over the region. A 10 Km no-man zone around Mount Merapi has been issued by the authorities.

One of the witnesses who was residing near the mountain said, the explosion was stronger and louder than the eruption on Tuesday. Government volcanologists were not available in region during the explosion, so there is an account based only on witnesses. Two people were reported to have been admitted in the hospital because they have sustained burn injuries during the explosion.

Boulder Fires Cause Mass Evacuation Of People

It has been reported that, the Boulder Fires has caused a mass evacuation in the region, which includes the residents of the Downtown Boulder. The fires have already gripped almost 20 acres of land, which originated a quarter mile from the Elephant Buttress, somewhere above the dome of the rock on the north of the Canyon. The authorities have given some 181 houses located on the foothills, a warning to evacuate the region.

Other areas asked to evacuate include the Canyon Boulevard on the South, North Street on the north and Seventh Street to the east. There are some 1700 people from the city who have been asked to evacuate the area, and some 800 people from the fields and businesses outside the city.

Mapleton Boulder Community and Maxwell’s campuses are also evacuated because of the fire. The City Manager Jane S. Brautigam has stated that “As a precautionary measure and help it respond with a dome of fire, we order a mandatory evacuation in some areas within the city”. The authorities have asked the people to follow their instructions, as the fire crews begin to contain the fire.

Model Rinky Chaudhary Commits Suicide At Her Residence

Famous Indian model, Rinky Chaudhary, has committed suicide at her residence in Ballabh Society Apartments of Oshiara area, Goregaon. According to the Police authorities, she was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her flat. It is a shocking news for the Indian fashion industry and as well as the television industry, as she was also working as a television actress too.

Her body was found by her boyfriend, Shahid, who was shocked to see her hanging from the ceiling fan. He at once took the decision to call the police and gave matters into laws hands. Shahid is being question be the police just to make matters clear.

Shahid was present in the house when she committed suicide, he was sitting in the hall room when she had gone into the kitchen. When she did not come out of the kitchen, he broke the door and found her hanging by the ceiling fan. For the moment the Police have found no suicide note or message, so the exact cause of her death is still unknown.

Indonesia Tsunami Death Toll Crosses 400

The Indonesia Tsunami death toll has now crossed 400 victims, and what looks from here is that this number would still be increasing, as many of the people who have been washed away in the tsunami waves have not yet been found. The deadly tsunami was triggered after a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck below the sea in the off shores of Indonesia.

Rescues workers are saying that there are still some 400 people who are reported missing from the coasts, as bodies are slowly being found washed away on the beaches and some even stuck in trees and branches. As per the authorities, about two thirds of the people who have been reported missing are found dead. So if they even add another 200 to this total, the the toll touches 600.

This has been the worst tsunami that Indonesia has seen in years now, as it has taken lives of scores of people. On the other hand the rescue efforts to save and provide aide to the people affected by the tsunami is being severely hampered by the bad weather in the western region of the country.

Pancreatic Cancer Could Take Decades To Kill It’s Victims

Latest studies have revealed that, Pancreatic cancer could easily take decades to kill it’s victims, who have been diagnosed with it. There have been very few survivors of pancreatic cancer in the past five years which amounts to less than five percent. Till date the disease was said to be a quick killer of it’s victims, but studies have now shown some shocking discoveries.

At the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Howard Hughes Medical Institute, scientists have been studying this disease from some time now. They have taken body samples from the victims who have died of this disease, and then used a molecular clock to determine the age of mutations, what they found was horrifying.

Some of the tumors which have been studied are almost 20 years old, which means it took almost two decades to snap the life out its victims. The chief scientist stated that these are rugged tumors, which take preferably very long time to evolve, even decades. The worst part is pancreatic cancers show very few signs, it reacts only after it has done credible damage to its victim.

Indonesia Tsunami Victims Death Toll Crosses 270

The Indonesia Tsunami death toll has now crossed a staggering 270 victims, and as per the authorities this toll may even rise further, because there are 412 people who are reported to be still missing. The mega wave that was triggered from the offshore 7.7 magnitude earthquake has completely devastated 10 villages located near the coasts. All the survivors of this tragic incident are in shock and tears after they have lost many of the loved ones.

The villagers stated that they were given no prior warning before the tsunami smashed their villages. One of the villager said, that after 10 minutes of the quake, there was a thunderous sound which followed by this giant three meter wave, and after witnessing that the villagers tried to run away towards higher ground, but the waves were faster than them.

One the other hand, the Mount Merapi Volcano has made it’s own presence on the remote island, as the death toll in region has touched 29. Most of the people have died because of the hot ash and smoke which was spewed by the volcano. Some 42,000 people are said to have fled the villages which are located on the slopes of Merapi. But thousands have still not left their villages because of their fields and farms which have been cultivated.

Jeffrey Landrigan Executed In Arizona Prison After Supreme Court Lift’s Stay

Convicted Jeffrey Landrigan, has been executed on Tuesday at the Arizona Prison, after there was an official green light by the US Supreme Court. Jeffrey was given a dose of lethal injection, and was pronounced dead at 10.26 am on Tuesday. The lower court had asked for a stay over Jeffrey’s execution, as the attorney’s state that they needed full detail of the drugs which will be used during the execution process.

According to the defense attorney, the drugs which would be administered to Jeffrey were not authorized by the US Food And Drug Administration. If these drugs were not legal, then the execution of Jeffrey would be considered improper and inhuman. Landrigan was was convicted of murder, for killing Chester Dean Dyer, in the year 1989.

In the year 1990, he was pronounced a death sentence, which was carried out on Tuesday. According to the Attorney General, the drugs administered to Jeffrey were of British origin, and the US Supreme court has termed the drugs safe to be used in the execution process. Earlier this week Jeffrey had filed a suit against his execution, stating that these drugs would be causing him great pain and discomfort during the execution.
