Actress Lindsay Lohan has reportedly filed a 100-million-dollar lawsuit against E-Trade Financial Corp after she alleges that their advertisement features during the Super Bowl and Olympics was based on her – Milkaholic Lindsay. In response to the claims made by Lindsay in court documents, the E-Trade Financial Corp says the lawsuit is meritless and it will do all it can to prove it.

According to reports, Lindsay has accused the company of giving a bad image to her name and personality. The ad was first aired during the Superbowl and in it, it shows talking babies who in the course of their conversation refer to “milkaholic Lindsay”.

In another report: “The investment company says its commercial was meant to be ‘witty and memorable.’

Although some fans insist it reminds them of her, others called her plain paranoid.

“The Hills” star Heidi Montag is the newest face to grace the cover of People magazine this week. The cover article reads “Addicted to Plastic Surgery,” where Heidi talks about her obsession with plastic surgery.

Heidi shocked everyone when she told the magazine that she underwent 10 surgeries in one day, on November 20 2009. What’s even more shocking is that this 23 year old reality star didn’t tell her own family about it.

She said: “For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done. I’m beyond obsessed.”

According to People, Heidi underwent a breast enlargement , a chin reduction and a nose surgery among other surgeries.

Heidi Montag added: “My ultimate dream is to be a pop star. I’m competing against the Britney Spearses of the world – and when she was in her prime, it was her sex appeal that sold. Obviously, looks matter; it’s a superficial industry.”

Casey Johnson’s sudden death has led to something very weird -more than 4,000 followers have been added to her account ever since her death on Monday.

According to sources, Casey’s Twitter page had 5,007 followers last week which has shot upto 9,373 followers since her death.

This is indeed weird considering that Casey is no more and will no longer tweet from her personal account.

Her friends such as Tila Tequila, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan are alll known to have tweeted their condolences to her.

Casey Johnson’s body was found on Monday. She was the heiress of Johnson & Johnson.

“Rehab” singer Amy Winehouse could face an last assault charge after she assaulted a person at a Buckinghamshire theater.

According to “The Sun” ,Amy was attending a children’s show, and she then got out of vontrol and ended up reportedly kicking a theater manager between his legs.

Sources say that the singer looked drunk and refused to be seated who appeared intoxicated. The show, – which was a performance of Cinderella – made Winehouse unexpectedly furious and she allegedly screamed: “F–k Cinders! Prince Charming, marry me!” She also called the Ugly Stepsisters “b-tches.”

When the theater manager Richard Pound tried to calm her down and get her back to her seat, she allegedly went into into a rage, and as the Sum reported : “pulling his hair, punching him and kicking him between the legs.”

The police may arrest her if the manager presses charges

Reports say that ABC has confirmed that it received more than 1,500 complaints from its users over the Adam Lambert male kiss. The very controversial performance at the American Music Awards Sunday night show was the talk of the town and the searches for this video online were countless.

The very weird Adam Lambert performed his new track at the show with much show where he simulated sex as well as had a long kiss with a male in his troupe.

According to PopEater, the American Idol finalist was scheduled to appear on Good Morning America , but his appearance on the  show got scrapped at the last minute because ABC didn’t felt it was not “appropriate” for early morning viewers.

Tila Tequila’s Ustream channel is in the news after Tila stripped down naked and went rambling about the bad experiences in her life.

Tila Tequila, who is famous for her show – “A shot at Love with Tila Tequila” – was seen dancing and ranting about her ex-boyfriend NFL star Shawne Merriman, whom she alleges beat her.

In latest news reports, the 28-year-old says that Merriman’s reported abuse was the cause of her meltdown on her Ustream page.

On that night, she was seen rambling on her channel saying: “People call me an attention whore … or whatever … but excuse me, I’m a grown a– woman and I’m confident in myself … I think a woman’s body is a beautiful thing … that’s why I’m a lesbian … I was born naked … anybody who is against that is gay and in denial.”

Tila’s controversial video was taken down online.
