Giselle Bundchen, Brazilian supermodel, is at the top of Forbe’s List of the world’s richest models. Bundchen is estimated to have earned over $33M over the last 12 months.

Bundchen is currently the face of at least 20 international brands. Gisele’s debut was on the cover of the July 1999 Vogue issue and she graced the cover again in November, December and January, 2000 being the one of the few models to grace the cover 3 consecutive months.

Until May of this year, Bundchen was a Victoria’s Secret model but it is rumored that she did not return because the company would not increase her $5M a year salary.

Gisele has also branched out into film having roles in the films “taxi” and “The Devil Wears Prada”. It is rumored that she will be playing a role in the sequel to “The DaVinci Code”.

Romantically Giselle was linked to Leonardo DiCaprio for over 5 years. Currently she is purported to be dating New England Patriot quarterback Tom Brady. The couple have been photographed together outside her New York City home as well as during a trip to Europe.

Victoria Beckham, formerly Posh Spice and currently married to soccer superstar David Beckham, doesn’t seem to have the media appeal she did in England.Slated to star in a mini-series about life as a Beckham and her move to The United States, her TV reality show has been pared down to a single 1 hour show. Critics are not only panning the show but are actively bashing it.

The New York Post gave the show a zero-star review, describing Mrs. Beckham as “relentlessly self-promoting” with “vapid, condescending behavior” in a show described as “an orgy of self-indulgence.”After a successful career in the 1990s with The Spice Girls, Beckham, nee Adams, launched a solo musical career and launched her high end dVb denim collection. Married to soccer superstar David Beckham since 1999, the couple has 3 children. David Beckham recently signed a 5 year contract with the Los Angles Galaxy which took effect July 1, 2007. He is slated to play his first game for the Galaxy on July 21, 2007.

Donatella Versace revealed that her daughter, Allegra, is suffering from anorexia. The renowned fashion designer stated that her 20 year old daughter has been admitted to a specialized clinic to be treated for the eating disorder. Versace released a joint statement with Allegra’s father asking the media to respect their privacy. “Sadly she has been suffering from this disease for some years and the cures have only been temporary. For some time the situation has become worse and that is why we decided to place her in a designated specialized clinic where she is receiving the best possible treatment.”

Allegra inherited $700 million upon her 18th birthday from her uncle, Gianna Versace, fashion icon and leader of the Versace fashion House. Gianna Versace was gunned down by Andrew Cunanan who committed suicide shortly after the murder. Cunanan was also responsible for 4 other murders during a three month period in a cross-country journey.

Paulina Porizkova, supermodel, was the first contestant voted off “dancing with the Stars” this week. While entering the home audience vote portion of the show in the middle of the pack with a score of 40, Paulina and her partner, Alec Mazo, did not manage to capture the home audience’s hearts.The surprise came when the couples with the two lowest scores, Billy Ray Cyrus and his partner and Clyde Drexler and his partner, were not on the chopping block.

Hermione WILL be back. After weeks of speculation and rumors, actress Emma Watson has signed on to do the final two Harry Potter films. She will be joined by her castmates, Daniel Radcliffe, as Harry and Rupert Grint, as Ron Weasley.

The trio are the center of a cast of many in the blockbuster films that began in 2001. Based on the novels by author J.K. Rowling, the films have grossed more than $3.5 billion and rumors of Watson not wanting to reprise her role caused much concern. Angelina Jolie and her 5 year old adopted son Maddox, picked up the latest addition to her family, a little Vietnamese boy named Pham Quang Sang. The boy, almost 3 1/2 years old was renamed Pax Thien Jolie, a combination for the Latin word for peace and the Vietnamese word for heaven. Sang, who was abandoned in a local hospital when he was only a month old had to be soothed by orphanage staff because to him, Angelina and Maddox were strangers.In a small ceremony that announced the decision of the chairman of the city’s people’s committee, Jolie agree to adopt the child. In Ho Chi Minh City, the adoption was later confirmed when Jolie signed official documents at the city’s justice department. The adoption will be final one U.S embassy official approve the paperwork for Sang to travel to the U.S.

Senior officials have said that Jolie’s adoption process was sped up, in part due to her celebrity status. After having visited Viet Nam in November, she filed papers in early March. Normally the adoption process takes an average of six months.

Pax Thien joins Jolie’s other 2 adopted children, Maddox and Zahara and her natural daughter, with Brad Pitt, Shiloh. Jolie was required to adopt Pax as a single person because Vietnamese laws prevent an unmarried couple from adopting. It seems likely that Pitt will adopt Pax in the U.S. as he previously did with Maddox and Zahara.
