India vs Australia 2nd One Day, Virat Kohli’s Century Steers India To An Impressive Win Against Australia

At the India vs Australia 2nd One Day in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday, Virat Kohli scored a strong century against Australia, which steered India to an impressive win. Australia had scored 290 odd runs on the score board and thanks to White’s death over carnage against India, the team made a total almost nearing 300. The total looked pretty tough and hard to score and especially with India batting second and the dew factor kept in mind, it was indeed a bit difficult.

When India took the field to commence the chase, they were wobbling at 35/2, as India lost Murali Vijay and Shikhar Dhawan their two openers in quick successions. Australia looked very confident from here, and even the Indian spectator was feeling India had lost it from here on. But it was Yuvraj Singh and Virat Kohli who took the stand and saved India from a shameful defeat.

Kohli scored a 118 in just 121 balls and Yuvraj Singh was a bit unlucky as he managed to score only a half century with a 58. After Yuvraj was packed out by McKay, Suresh Raina came on the pitch and changed the whole scenario, he scored an impressive 71 in 47 balls. At the end of the match Saurabh Tiwari and Raina finished the game in style with five wickets and an over to spare.
