In the latest battle over Britney and Kevin Federline’s children, a judge has ordered random drug and alcohol testing for Britney.  the judge said that, based on evidence presented during the closed door hearing, Spears remains a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of “controlled substances and alcohol.”

The testing will be conducted twice a week and at random intervals. The judge also ordered the couple to enrol in Parenting without Conflict and required Britney to hire a parenting coach. Spears has been spiralling out of control since her split with Federline. Her very public antics include being photographed at night clubs without underwear, a stint in rehab, shaving her head, attacking a photographer with an umbrella and her recent flop at the VMA show.

Seems Lindsay just can’t stay away from the booze and blow.

After having just completed her second stint in rehab, Lohan was again arrested on suspicion of drunk driving again yesterday.

After police received a call about a car chase, they pulled Lohan over and conducted a field sobriety test. She tested between .12 and .13 which is over the .08 limit. She was then booked on charges of suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license as well as possession of cocaine and transporting a narcotic. The cocaine was found in one of Lohan’s pant pockets during a pre-booking search. She was released on $25,000 bail.

Lohan had left a Malibu rehab center earlier this month and was suppose to be wearing an alcohol wrist monitoring device voluntarily.

Nations sighed in relief as the voting public finally got it right. Sanjaya Malakar was voted off American Idol last night. Malakar who has inspired extreme reactions from the voting public, having one viewer go so far as to claim to go on a hunger strike until he was voted off. His singing and weekly survival frustrated judge Simon Cowell enough to declare that he would not return next season should Sanjaya win. While his singing was weak and childlike, his stage persona was ever changing. His most notable and most talked about appearance had him sporting a pony-hawk. Perhaps the bulk of his support came from shock jock Howard Stern and web site “Vote for the Worst”. Both supported him to go to the finals not because of his talent but as a mockery to American Idol’s premise that only the best win. This week was country week with guest coach Martina McBride. A surprisingly poor performance of “Jesus Take the Wheel” by LaKisha Jones landed her in the bottom two with Sanjaya. Another surprise in the bottom 3 was Blake Lewis.

Next week’s result show will feature “a star-studded extravaganza of celebrity artists performing at both the American Idol stage and prestigious Disney Hall, including: Sacha Baron Cohen, Michael Buble, Kelly Clarkson, Celine Dion, “Il Divo”, Josh Groban, Annie Lennox, Pink, and Gwen Stefani”. This event is in support of “Idol Gives Back with sponsors making a donation for every vote called in on Tuesday night.

Donatella Versace revealed that her daughter, Allegra, is suffering from anorexia. The renowned fashion designer stated that her 20 year old daughter has been admitted to a specialized clinic to be treated for the eating disorder. Versace released a joint statement with Allegra’s father asking the media to respect their privacy. “Sadly she has been suffering from this disease for some years and the cures have only been temporary. For some time the situation has become worse and that is why we decided to place her in a designated specialized clinic where she is receiving the best possible treatment.”

Allegra inherited $700 million upon her 18th birthday from her uncle, Gianna Versace, fashion icon and leader of the Versace fashion House. Gianna Versace was gunned down by Andrew Cunanan who committed suicide shortly after the murder. Cunanan was also responsible for 4 other murders during a three month period in a cross-country journey.

It’s been 7 years since the last encounter between the drugs and the famous designer Marc Jacobs when he last treated himself in rehab. It looks like he couldn’t resist the temptation after 7 years of sobriety. However, Jacobs understood the problem he is going through and decided to ask for professional help from an Arizona rehab clinic, the next day after presenting his latest Louis Vuitton collection.

His partner, Robert Duffy confirmed that Marc took the right decision, after realizing his condition and that he left right away. He also wanted to mention that these kind of problems can occur and that they are not uncommon for a person that was in rehab before and had 7 years of sobriety. According to Star Magazine Britney Spears is not only an addict but also bi-polar and bulimic. A source revealed that Britney’s addiction recovery is hampered by the fact that she’s purging and therefore throwing up her medication for bi-polar disorder.In rehab for over 20 days now Spears’ recent behavior has kept her in the Hollywood spotlight. From her breakup with hubby, Kevin Federline to partying pantyless and then shaving her head bald and checking in and out of rehab, Britney’s kept attention on herself. After coming to an agreement with Federline over custody of the couple’s children, Spear’s checked herself into Promises, a Malibu rehabilitation center and has been receiving treatment. Reports have her staying at Promises after having booked an entire wing to ensure her privacy.

A stay at Promises normally averages $48,000 for a 30 day stay and Spears joins other alumni such as Ben Affleck, Charlie Sheen, Mathew Perry and Diana Ross. I really wonder what the hell happens to these stars after fame? Here is a before and after about Britney. Hope she can get over it as fast as possible.

Orange County Superior Court got a pretty nice file from a luxury Southern California rehab center, Beau Monde, that apparently didn’t cash what Courtney Love was supposed to pay while she was in rehab two years ago. The price was $180,000 and apparently the rocker only paid $10,000 forgetting about the rest.

Courtney was sentenced back in 2005 to 180 days in a drug center for violating probation after being found with a fake prescription for Oxycotin (painkiller) and earlier in 2004 she attacked a sleeping woman, Kristin King, with a deadly weapon in her ex-boyfriend’s home. The problem now is that she spent 11 weeks in the Beau Monde rehab center and she only paid a small portion for the services she got. Beau Monde is widely known for rehab services for those than can spend and very good privacy. Courtney Love said to the Times that the problem is in the process of being solved, and it’s unfortunate that legal steps were taken.
