Yemen, the southern most country in the Arabian peninsular, is facing strict revolt from its citizens, and this has turned out to become bloody. Anti-government protests are flurrying all over the Middle East, for people are now opting for a change in the democracy. Here in Yemen the situation is as same as everywhere else, and even the religious clerics and leaders have joined in to stand against the country.

Government authorities are blaming the media, as they are magnifying the issue in the country, but this is exactly not the case. These government officials are trying their best to bring peace and normality in the country, but the protesters are refusing to hear them.
Reports from Yemen show, there was at least one person who was killed in the clashes and a couple of dozens injured. The situation is grim in the capital city of Sanaa, where the level of revolt is the highest. The defence personnel have opted to use force to calm down and push back the protesters as a result there are several who have lost their lives and many more injured.

Civil tensions have started to build up in Libya, and protesters are calling in for a day of anger in the country. The main reason of this unrest in Libya, is because the people are standing against the government. Clashes have taken place in some parts of the country, but there were four people who are reported to have died during the violence in the city of al-Bayda..

On Tuesday night, hundreds of people clashed with the police and other groups, as a result dozens were injured. The reason for these clashes, is due to the detention of a well known government critic in Libya.
The wave of anti-government protests finally made a touch down in Libya, thanks to the revolt in Tunisia, Egypt and Bahrain, where the democratic people have stood against the government to pull it down and urged for a change. The forces have taken the entire situation in their hand and they will not tolerate any sort of anti social activity in the country.

Iran too is facing the wrath and revolt from its citizens, but reports show one person was killed during the protesters and police clashes in Tehran. There were tens and thousands of people who were gathered on Tehran’s streets with only one motive, standing against the current government. There crowds were not unruly during their march, but the patrolling officers had their eyes keen on them.

As day came to end, there were many protesters who had been beaten up and arrested by the local police. Iranian new agency stated, one man was shot in his head and was in a serious condition, but later he was pronounced dead. There were some crowds who were chanting slogans against the government at the Imam Hossein Square.
The defence personnel are considering these protesters as an evil of the society, and they shall consider them as enemies in the country. The crowds were quite upset with the presence of the police almost everywhere in the city, for they were handling them with violence and abusive language. The wave of revolution has swept through almost all parts of the Middle East, and this shows a new change may be knocking on their government’s door.

It is Bahrain now, which is under the grip of anti-government protests, with a majority of Shiite people who are pressurizing the current government. The level of protests may not be as large as the one in Egypt, but with the Shiite community stepping into the revolt, this would force the government to bring in some serious changes.

According to political experts, they are expecting a chain of anti-government protests to take place in the Middle East, and the people will be more motivated especially after the changes brought in Egypt. Way before the clashes of Tunisia and Egypt, Bahrain was having discrimination issues from a long time, and especially with the Sunni al-Khalifa family ruling a Shiite nation, it was vulnerable for such an outcome.
To make situations grim, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, has proposed to give each family in the country 1000 dinars, in a move to flush down the anti-government protests. After witnessing this, it indicates the King is already under some sort of political pressure, and if the protests go ahead and advance to another level, then surely situations in the nation will be certainly different.

President Hosni Mubarak’s speech at Tahiri Square in Cairo has not gone the way the protesters intended it go, and their anger and rage has escalated to another level. In the speech he stated, he will be delegating some of his powers, but he will personally stay in office and not quit. He later empowered Vice President Omar Suleiman with the designated powers, and finally ended his speech.

It was crystal clear the protesters did not want to hear this speech, rather they expected him to resign from his post. Every protester present during the speech was shaken up, and now their anger and determination to stand against the government was renewed.
More than half a month into the protests and demonstrations in the country, where the people have stood against the government and have asked the current President to resign, as they are looking ahead towards a reformation in the entire country. But now all hopes are lost and they will be staying under the current President until the elections in the month of September.

The atmosphere in Egypt is still intense, as President Hosni Mubarak has refused to quit from his position, and workers and protesters have sounded a strike all over the nation. Thousands of workers in the country are demanding a better pay and more transparency in the executives salaries above them. Strike have taken place in the railways, petroleum industry and the telecommunication sector.

This is the 17th day into the consistent protests against Mubarak and his government, where the citizens are asking for his resignation, but he has stated he will exit only after the September elections. There is great inequality in the labour sector of the country, especially when it comes to their respective remuneration.
Internet and major telecommunication facilities have been suspended in Egypt, which has crippled the entire nation. With the Petroleum sector on strike, there is a fear the transportation sector too could get paralysed and will literally devour the nation.
