Megan McCain has written a new memoir “Dirty Sexy Politics”, which has nothing dirty in it at all, unless we are thinking of something else, and yes she is a bit sexy, and we cant forget the hook ups during her father’s election campaign in 2008. She is the daughter of the US Senator John McCain and she really knows how to be in the news.

She is an admirable person for the youngsters in the US and with her new book, Dirty Sexy Politics, she has written a lot of her views of the world of Politics. Being 25 she actually achieved a lot in the field of politics.

She is better known for her movement in the world of the web, as she is a frequent blogger, tweeter and writer. She even had her first blog ‘mccainblogette.com’ in the year 2007. That was when she had lot of attention from the world of media and politics.

Obama Speech On Iraq War And Economy At Oval Office

President Obama made a speech in the Oval Office on Wednesday, which was concerned on the Iraq war and the US Economy. He spoke that it is time to end the combat in Iraq, and he spoke this just two months before the midterm congressional elections. He emphasized greatly that it was time put a full stop on the Iraq subject and start rebuilding the US economy.

Obama had to take a step about the war and the economy, and it was good that he spoke about this in his speech. According to some leading economists, that US economy is dangerously dwindling and there is great chance of it falling into recession once more.

Obama said that his country has already spent trillions of dollars on the war and has often been finance or have borrowed it from other countries. So this has actually caused a big hole in the US economy and the normal citizens are suffering from this. This is a really appreciating move by the Obama administration as anyways it was high time for them to take this necessary step.

North Korea Leader Kim Jong Il Shows Interest To Resume The Six Party Talks

The North Korean leader, Kim Jong Il has shown positive interest to resume the six party talks over the Nuclear issue. He has stated that he will like to have these talks as soon as possible at an earliest date, along with a close corporation with China.

Mr. Kim was in China recently and has spoken to the Chinese President, Hu Jintao. He stated that he wants to have talks and help ease out the tensions in the Korean peninsular. N. Korea has become a prime axis recently in context of their nuclear development.

Kim Jong Il himself told the Chinese media that he wants to ease out the ongoing tension in the Korean Peninsular, by continuing the six party talks. The North Koreans had warned S. Korea that will start a holy war if they continued to have naval exercises with the US. This statement created a blur in the Korean peninsular and there was strong condemnation from the world leaders.

Al – Qaeda Reportedly Planning Attacks On Iraq’s Government And Security Forces – High Alert In Iraq Announced

Anticipated attacks from the Al – Qaeda and some other forces have put Iraq on high alert. Nuri al-Maliki, the Prime Minister of Iraq cautioned all the security forces, who are actually at the high risk of these attacks and also the local governments. It is claimed that, the al – Qaeda along with some foreign help are planning attacks.

A television statement by al-Maliki said, “Al Qaeda and remnants of the Baath party with foreign backing are planning to carry out a series of bombings in Baghdad and the other provinces. We call on local governments and the security forces to take the maximum levels of precaution.”

The warning is also considered as the results of recent bomb attacks, mainly targeting the security forces. Considered as on one of the most violent days in Iraq, the day experienced 20 bomb attacks that killed 48 people and left 286 people injured.

WikiLeaks Does It Again, Publishes Secret Documents Of The CIA On Terrorism

WikiLeaks has now become one of the biggest whistle blowers on the internet,and this time it has done it once again. It has published another set of CIA documents in relation to terrorism on its website. The site has published a secret memo of the CIA which states the consequences that American citizens can face in a terrorist attack in abroad.

In the three page document it has stated that if a terrorists are recruited by the US, then the willingness of other governments to help in the war against terrorism will be hampered considerably. The website has unfolded many secrets of the US military and now the CIA.

The website and owner, Julian Assange, were warned by the Pentagon and have been asked to return the documents to the US, but WikiLeaks has refused to do so. Even though the government has asked the website to return the documents, WikiLeaks has stated that it will be exposing some 15,000 more documents on the internet later this year.

Iran Successfully Launches Its First Bomber Drone ‘Karrar’

Iran has taken another step in military modernization and this time it has done it technologically. Iran has successfully launched its first bomber drone ‘Karrar’, which is now a part of unmanned combat aircrafts of the world. It is their first indigenously built unmanned bomber aircraft and President Ahmadenijad has named as an ‘ambassador of death.

President Ahmadenijad specifically called this weapon as the ‘ambassador of death’ to its enemies. The aircraft has an operational range of 620 km and can carry upto 4 cruise missiles in it. The President on the inauguration of the plane stated that this weapon is built for peace and not for war.

The name of the aircraft is Karrar, which means ‘Striker’ and has the capability to pin down its enemies in their own base. Secondly it will be used only in defense and not in an attack. The President stated that Iran will keep self equipping itself until its enemies loose the hope of attacking Iran.

Wyclef Jean Has Been Declared Not Fit To Run For President’s Post In Haiti

It was disappointing news for Wyclef Jean as he had been declared not eligible to run for the President’s post by the Election Commission of Haiti. The Pop artist had opted to run as a President for the earthquake struck country of Haiti, as it is his mother land.

The election commission of Haiti took the decision that Wyclef was not fit enough to run for the post of the President as he was not fulfilling the residency requirements of the country. The elections are due this November and Wyclef has not lived in Haiti from the past five years.

Wyclef had left from the United States to run for the President’s race, but he was declared to eligible, he had been working hard in preparing for the election paper work. Wyclef was along the 34 who had applied for the President’s post in Haiti, only 19 have been chosen by the commission to run for the President’s post.

Flood Situation Hovering Over Indian Capital New Delhi

New Delhi has been taking mother nature’s beating from that past couple of weeks as rains in India’s capital has made life impossible for people living in the city. The main threat now which is arising is that rising water level in the river Yamuna. Yamuna is one of the largest and the main source of water supply for the Delhi region.

New Delhi has been lashed with rains consistently from the past three days and has been under the threat of flood ever since. Yamuna has crossed the flood level mark and is flowing at 205 meters, and experts are saying that it is flowing some 11cm above the danger level mark.

Before the situation gets grim in the low lying areas, the authorities have asked the people to evacuate their houses and move to higher places. If it will be necessary, government will also put some relief camps for the people affected by the flood.

MP’s In India Still Unhappy After Hike In Salary BY 300%

All the members of the parliament should have been happy to witness a enormous raise in their salary scale. Their salary was up by around 300%, from Rs.16,000 to Rs. 50,000. Daily allowances which were Rs.1000 a day has been doubled and their constitutional allowances rose from Rs.20,000 to Rs.40,000.

Plus their convayence has gone up from Rs 1 Lakh to Rs. 4 Lakh. But with all these raises in their salaries and allowance have failed to satisfy the Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samaj Party and the Rashtra Janta Dal. These members adjourned the Lok Sabha for almost an hour showing their dissatisfaction on their raise.

Mulayam Singh and Lalu Yadav were on insisting the Parliament during the Question Hour, stating that the raise should be Rs. 80,001. Mr. Yadav said that this raise in an insult to the Indian Parliament and this bill should be torn and thrown away. Most of the MP’s in the Parliament session were on their feet protesting against the insufficient raise.

Sarah Palin Defends On Behalf Of Dr. Laura Schlessinger

Dr. Laura Schlessinger resigned from her job the next day when she had used the N-word on her radio talk show a number of times, as a result of which she fell in the well of controversy. But former Alaskan Governor, Sarah Palin has defended on her behalf and has told her ‘dont retreat …….. but reload’.

Palin spoke up on her Twitter page stating “ceased 2exist thx 2activists trying 2silence” her. Such activism “isn’t American, not fair”. She also later added on her page saying “Dr.Laura=even more powerful & effective w/out the shackles, so watch out Constitutional obstructionists”.

Mrs. Palin was very clear from her side and she spoke the same way on the show, Larry King Live, saying that she want to regain the first amendment rights, that she wants to say whatever she has in her mind. Dr. Schlessinger had used the N-word a number of times on her radio talk show, and then she later apologized on media for using the word.
