Rock ‘n’ Roll legend and star, Chuck Berry is said to have collapsed on stage while performing in Chicago. He is one of the best performers of this Genre and it can be said that there is hardly anyone who outperformed him in his criteria, except Elvis Presley. Ike Turner and Elvis were the creators of Rock ‘n’ Roll, but Chuck and his guitar gave it a pure form.

Chuck has had a very beautiful career and is known to be one the best the Music will ever have, not to mention some of the controversial moments in his life. The Legendary performer has played exclusively throughout his career and is well experienced in performing onstage.

It was New Year’s eve in Chicago, where he was performing, and after a very exhausting show, he slumped forward and fell. Today he is 84 years old and still enthrals people around the world. Chuck after performing collapsed on a nearby keyboard, and later was given full medical attention backstage. He returned to the stage in 15 minutes, but could not complete the show.

George Harrison, prominent member and lead guitarist of the legendary band ‘The Beatles’, died on the 29th November 2001, and his death anniversary has been remembered this month. Harrison died because of cancer, as he had been suffering with it and in addition to it his age also contributed to make his health worse and he could not recover in a proper way.

He was not only a simple guitarist with ‘The Beatles’, but rather he was a singer and composer too. His life was much bigger than the 12 years which he spent with the band, as after the band broke up in the 70’s he still wrote and composed songs along with his friend Eric Clapton.

In his later years, specially during the period when he was out of the band, he still had strong success from his personal compilations, and this is why he still had an identity outside the band ‘the Beatles’. In addition to rock and western music he had a strong liking for Indian music as result he had also visited India frequently and met India sitar maestro Pandit Ravi Shankar.

He was quite inspired by him and thus he even gave is son and India name ‘Dhani Harrison’. One can conclude here that George was the bloodline of ‘The Beatles’ and it was after he left the band the whole group was just swaying out of order. We will be remembering him forever.

The much rumored System Of A Down band comeback or reunion tour announcement is most likely to take place on the Monday 29th November. Along with this announcement they would also be speaking about various European rock festivals, which also includes UK festival ‘Download’. The news broke out when a fan on twitter asked them whether there is any truth in the fact that they would be playing for ‘Download’ next year, bassist Shavo Odadjian replied, “Stay tuned.”

Andy Copping, the organizer of ‘Download’ stated that the tickets for the event would be going on sale from the 3rd December. He said “Christmas comes early! Download 2011 early bird tickets on sale 9 a.m. Friday 3rd December 2010. There will be more Download info [on November 29]. Please…any specific questions about bands being announced, ticket prices, RIP, length of time for early birds etc. will be answered November 29.”

The band was asked whether this year would be their reunion year and will they be playing for rockfest this year. At this the band singer Serj Tankian stated “Shavo got married like two months ago, we were all at his wedding, and you know, we all talk, we’re friends, nothing’s changed, and we get offers to play shows, tours, whatever, and we discuss them once in a while. We have not made any decisions as of yet as to what we’re gonna do. But when we do, it’ll be quite obvious.”

It seems this year would be something really special, and if System Of A Down is really making a come back and performing at ‘Download’ then the tickets are worth to buy this year. Now it is our chance to wait and stay tuned for the announcement on the 29th November.

There is no information as why did he make such an absurd statement, that he was spending a lot of money to buy cannabis, and now it will be haunting him for sure that he should have never said that.
