The rumors have been rampant and repeatedly denied… until now. Jennifer Lopez is pregnant. With TWINS.

Though she has been repeatedly asked and questioned on the fact she is no longer wearing tight fitting clothes, Jenny from the Block has denied or just not answered the “Are you pregnant” question. According to US magazine, J-Lo and hubby, Marc Anthony, are about 4-months pregnant and a source told them that Lopez’s mother, Guadalupe is “proudly telling people she’s having twins.”

It’s been rumored for a long time that perhaps Lopez was unable to carry a baby to term so this good news. Another source is quoted as saying “Conceiving was a struggle for her.”

Marc Anthony who has 3 children from previous relationship, was recently asked to imagine what his reaction would be upon hearing that Jennifer was pregnant. His reply was “It’s going to be me in handcuffs, because I will run down the street, screaming like a madman.”

Married since 2004, they recently were seen together in the movie “El Cantante” and now the couple is currently on tour together. Their next concert is tonight at Air Canada Centre, Toronto, Canada. Then it’s on to Chicago and San Jose.

It’s never good to buck the legal system, not even when you’re Britney Spears. Seems Spears found herself not in “substantial compliance” with a previous court order.

As a result Britney gets to visit her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, under the supervision of a monitor. She is allowed to see them every other day but the visit can be cut short if the monitor feels that the children are endangered.

Spears lost physical custody of the boys earlier this week after she failed to produce a valid driver’s permit and allegedly missed a drug and alcohol test.

Thanks to the rigorous system for dressing and behaving on the scene, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the “Beyonce Experience World Tour” has been canceled and will be held in Indonesia. Since we all know how Beyonce Knowles looks, dances and dresses I guess going up on a stage covered up from the top of the chest down to the knees, wouldn’t be her. So the show got canceled “due to a scheduling conflict”.

Indonesia is also a Muslim country, which however, agreed to allow Beyonce to perform her show at its best in Jakarta on November 1st. If we go back this year, in August, something similar happened with Gwen Stefani, but she followed the rules and went on the stage covered up to perform even after Muslim students asked the authorities to close the show down because of the singer’s “offensive” reputation.

“Beyonce Experience World Tour” continues.

In the latest battle over Britney and Kevin Federline’s children, a judge has ordered random drug and alcohol testing for Britney.  the judge said that, based on evidence presented during the closed door hearing, Spears remains a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of “controlled substances and alcohol.”

The testing will be conducted twice a week and at random intervals. The judge also ordered the couple to enrol in Parenting without Conflict and required Britney to hire a parenting coach. Spears has been spiralling out of control since her split with Federline. Her very public antics include being photographed at night clubs without underwear, a stint in rehab, shaving her head, attacking a photographer with an umbrella and her recent flop at the VMA show.

Kanye West ain’t going back. At least that’s what he said during a full out temper tantrum at the MTV Video Music Awards show. That is, he’s not going back to appear on the VMAs in the future.

Near the end of the awards show, backstage, West was apparently heard ranting about his loss in all 5 of the categories he was nominated for.  “That’s two years in a row, man … give a black man a chance,” said West.

The last time West pitched a fit was onstage after having lost the award for Best Video at the MTV Europe Awards. He stormed onstage, as the award was being presented to Justice and Simian, and argued that he should have won.

In other Kanye controversy, rapper 50 cent who is due to release a CD on Sept 11, the same day as Kanye’s newest CD told reporters that if his sales don’t beat West’s he will retire.

More action at the MTV Video Awards included a physical altercation between 2 ex-husbands of Pamela Anderson.

Kid Rock was cited for battery after a physical fight with Tommy Lee. Versions of who instigated and why the fight started are varied but in the end security escorted Tommy Lee out and let Kid Rock stay to the end of the show.

A police officer was quoted as saying that Kid Rock could receive up to 6 months in jail but that it was highly uncommon for someone in that situation to receive that long a sentence.

Critics are not being generous with Britney Spears’ attempted comeback on the MTV awards show. Her performance was ripped apart by critics who said the 25 year-old singer’s performance included out-of-synch lip-synching and sluggish choreography. Perhaps the nastiest slap at Britney was the reference to her no longer taunt belly. One of the nicer comments came from producer Akon who later said, “She seemed nervous … you could tell by the expression on her face. Instead of just blocking everybody out and doing her thing, you could tell she was thinking about it.”

Not quiet the much talked about performance in 2003 where Brit and Madonna locked lips on stage.

To mark the 30th anniversary of Elvis’ death, his daughter, Lisa Marie will duet in a video with her late father.

In a 2 hour recording session, Lisa Marie laid down the tracks of her voice singing “In The Ghetto”. Her voice was then added to Elvis’ original version. The duet’s recording was then added to a new video that is to be released on Friday by the AOL site Spinner.com.

Lisa Marie stated, “…the next morning, I heard the rough … and … I’ve never cried when I’ve done anything … ever … but I just lost it when I heard it.”

Proceeds from the new version will be used to build temporary housing for the homeless in New Orleans.

To mark the 30th anniversary of her father’s death, Lisa Marie is scheduled to attend featuring her father on video with his band and former backup singers giving live support.

Jennifer Lopez has won approximately $545,000 from her ex-husband in a lawsuit arbitration.

Lopez’s first husband, Ojani Noa, had planned to publish a ghostwritten book detailing intimacies that occurred during their 11 month marriage. Details of the book were released in January 2006 in a New York Post article. Publishing of the book would violate the terms of a nondisclosure, “non-disparagement” agreement that Lopez and Noa had agreed to in a previous legal settlement.

The book was supposedly filled with juicy tales including that Lopez had multiple affairs including one with her current husband, Marc Anthony. Anthony was also married at the time.

Lopez was awarded $200,000 for breach of contract damages, $300,000 in lawyer’s fees and $48,000 in arbitration costs. Jennifer was also awarded a permanent injunction barring any ”criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging or causing disparagement” from Noa.

Marc Anthony and J-Lo are currently starring together in the film, “El Cantante” about salsa legend Hector Lavoe.

It is being reported that Usher married his fiancee this weekend. The couple reportedly married in the Atlanta office of his lawyer. Usher’s mother and former manager, Jonetta Patton, were in attendance.

People magazine reports that the marital delay, from last weekend to this one, was caused by Tameka Foster going into premature labor, shortly after calling off the wedding. It resulted in a trip to the hospital instead of down the aisle.

This is the first child for Usher and the 4th for Foster.
