Seems like, things are not going well between the American actress Demi Moore and husband Ashton Kutcher. With reference to the earlier reports of infidelity by Ashton, there have been reports of a troubled marriage between the two.

The 48 year old actress had clearly indicated the trouble in a recent tweet on 23rd September 2011. In the tweet the actress had shared a quote by a Greek philosopher, which said that when we are offended by a man’s fault then go back look towards your own faults in the past and you would forget the anger.

Ashton and More had not even spent their anniversary on 24th September together. The husband and wife had minded their own businesses. Ashton on 23rd September had arrived in San Diego to spend a weekend partying with his former co-star Danny Masterson, while on Monday night Moore had been to New York along with Jennifer Aniston to promote a short film that she had directed.

Aniston had also accompanied as she had also directed a shot in the short film. Ashton and Moore got married in the year 2005 after dating for two years and problems had started doing the rounds a year back, which had included infidelity by Kutcher.

The much awaited and controversial trial of the death of pop star Michael Jackson has begun on Tuesday. Dr Conrad Murray is now facing the charges of man slaughtering the pop star by administering him with the drug propofol.

On Tuesday, Murray’s lawyer Ed Chernoff had argued that the doctor did not administer him with any drug and that Jackson had ingested the drug himself. The defense continued to reveal that on the day the singer had died, Jackson had swallowed several lorazepam pills which are normally used as sedatives.

However, the defense had put forth his point only after an hour when the prosecution had laid the case in front of the jury. The prosecution had with the help of a multimedia presentation shown the pale body of Jackson and had also presented the audio clip that Murray had recorded, when the singer was in the state of propofol.

On the other hand the defense had even argued that Murray and Jackson were friends and the doctor was just trying to help the singer to get rid of the habit of propofol. Propofol is a drug that is usually used in surgeries to aneasthetise the patients to be operated. Now the jury has demanded that they want to know what had exactly happened just minutes before the singer had stopped breathing.

American legal commentator and TV host, who is currently a participant on the popular dancing reality show ‘Dancing With the Stars’, recently suffered a wardrobe malfunction on the floor. American stand-up comedian and actress Wanda Sykes recently in an interview had revealed that she had been through a surgery earlier this year. The actress at ‘The Ellen DeGeneres’ show had revealed that she had breast cancer and had opted to have a mastectomy.

The interview that will be aired on Monday, had the actress who had for the first time admitted about her surgery. Sykes had revealed that the cancer was found when she was going through a regular cosmetic procedure.

The actress said that she had a choice that she could go back every three months to get it checked. She was told that she could have a mammogram , MRI every three months and to see what is happening.
