E!Online is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is “in a stronger place” and is leaving rehab. Lohans has been at Cirque Lodge Treatment Center, in Utah, since August where she had checked in for the 3rd rehab this year.

Lohan has been a a mess recently, with 3 tries at rehab, a couple of DUIs and a negligence suit stemming from a car accident in 2005.

“It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable, because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs,” she said in a statement in August.

The actress is heading back to L.A. to start shooting on her next movie, a romantic drama called “Dare To Love Me” and is expected to continue her addiction treatment at a Cirque-affiliated facility in the area.

It’s never good to buck the legal system, not even when you’re Britney Spears. Seems Spears found herself not in “substantial compliance” with a previous court order.

As a result Britney gets to visit her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, under the supervision of a monitor. She is allowed to see them every other day but the visit can be cut short if the monitor feels that the children are endangered.

Spears lost physical custody of the boys earlier this week after she failed to produce a valid driver’s permit and allegedly missed a drug and alcohol test.

Seems Lindsay just can’t stay away from the booze and blow.

After having just completed her second stint in rehab, Lohan was again arrested on suspicion of drunk driving again yesterday.

After police received a call about a car chase, they pulled Lohan over and conducted a field sobriety test. She tested between .12 and .13 which is over the .08 limit. She was then booked on charges of suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license as well as possession of cocaine and transporting a narcotic. The cocaine was found in one of Lohan’s pant pockets during a pre-booking search. She was released on $25,000 bail.

Lohan had left a Malibu rehab center earlier this month and was suppose to be wearing an alcohol wrist monitoring device voluntarily.

In true Hollyweird style, Kate Moss is worried about the press getting hold of “intimate” tapes of her and ex-boyfriend, Pete Doherty.

It is being reported that the supermodel, who split with the rocker last month, had retrieved 6 of 8 tapes made. Now she’s worried that her self-confessed, drug addicted ex will leak the tapes to the press or on the Internet.

The couple had previously released clips of the tapes, one with them singing together, but Moss had the ability to decide what was released. That is obviously no longer the case. There is no word on what steps Moss will be taking to regain control of the tapes.

The relationship, which has been turbulent as best, ended last month after Moss discovered that Doherty had cheated on her with a South African model. She has apparently thrown him out of her London home, changed her locks and her phone numbers. A source is quoted as saying, “Kate is determined to wipe the slate clean and that means never speaking to him again.”

Judge Franz E. Miller rules that Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s 14-year marriage will officially be over on April 24.Houston, who filed for divorce in October, 2006 citing “irreconcilable differences” did not ask for spousal or child support and was granted custody of their 14-year old daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

The couple wed in 1992 and during their marriage Houston twice entered drug rehabilitation programs and Brown was arrested on drug and alcohol charges.

Keith Richards has always had a reputation for using a host of illegal substances but his confession to British magazine NME tops everything.

“The strangest thing I’ve ever tried to snort? My father. I snorted my father. He was cremated and I couldn’t resist grinding him up with a little blow. My Dad wouldn’t have cared.” Richards, member of The Rolling Stones, who was on the “Who’s Likely to Die” list for 10 years has had a reputation for being one of rock’s wild men. One of the most concerning drug related event was Richard’s arrest in Toronto, Canada for importing narcotics. He was found to have 22 grams of heroin in his possession. He avoided a 3 year minimum sentence by performing two benefit concerts for the Canadian National Institute for the Blind in 1979.

Richards will tour with The Rolling Stones in Europe in 2007 with the first concert to be in Belgium in June. Richards has since denied mixing his father’s ashes with cocaine and chalked it up to a joke but the magazine stands by its interview claiming that Richards did not offer the information as a joke but was very serious at the time.

Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper released his completed autopsy report today on Anna Nicole Smith. Smith died of “combined drug intoxication” with chloral hydrate, a sleeping medication as the major factor. A bacterial infection caused from injecting medication into her buttocks and the flu were also contributing factors.Perper also stated that Smith was also taking several antidepressants and antianxiety drugs, had recently taken longevity medications, vitamin B12 and growth hormone. She has also been taking methadone and Valium. While the report lists her cause of death as “accidental” it was also noted that Smith’s idol, Marilyn Monroe, died from a combination of chloral hydrate and barbiturates.

Chief Charlie Tiger, of the Seminole police department stated “We found nothing to indicate any foul play.”

Cyril Wecht, a forensic pathologist who did am autopsy on Smith’s son, Daniel, stated that the report on Smith’s death “Shows the danger of people taking multiple drugs about which they know little or nothing.”

The fight over the paternity of Smith’s infant daughter, Dannielynn, continues in the Bahamas as does the court battle for her share of her late husband’s fortune. Also in progress is the inquest into the sudden death of Anna Nicole’s 20-year-old son, Daniel.
