Corporation Bank in its latest notification announced that there are 1,250 vacancies for the clerical posts and that those interested and are the residents of India can apply.

The bank will be hiring candidates for PO and SO posts along with the clerical posts.

The candidates who can apply for these posts need to have completed at least 18 years of age and should not be more than 28 years as on 01.06.2010.

The candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university with a minimum of 40% marks.

There is relaxation for SC/ST/XS/VH/HI/OH candidates with 35% marks being the minimum.

The knowledge of computer is must for the posts.

The written examination for the same will start from September 12 (date may change).

The candidates can fill online application forms from July 1.

HTC EVO Review: The HTC EVO just launched today and it seems like it has a few negative reasons on its side. Many reviews have been excellent for the EVO 4G technology smartphones, but the launch faces a few bugs.

Reports like the HTC EVO had issues while fetching data from the SD memory card, in terms of reading and writing. There are problems and errors messeges like for example “insufficient file permissions” while writing to the memory card.

Sprint realized the problem and said,

“We have identified the cause of the memory card issue and are testing a solution. We expect to have a software solution available very shortly that will be automatically pushed to phones over the air.”

But these problems may not be a deal-breaker for many who are waiting to buy the phone, but for many it could be a big issue. All of these things depend on the consumer intersted to buy a HTC EVO.

The launch may have been a little disappointing for the HTC EVO, but HTC should resolve the issue soon.

The United States Treasury has jas officialy released a brand new design for the 100 dollar bill. According to the press release, it will begin circulating in February 2011. Tiger Woods’ public apology didn’t seem to help his sponsorship deals in any way as yet another brand has dropped the shamed golfer.

Sports drink giant Gatorade announced that it has officially dropped Tiger Woods from endorsing their brand of sports drinks.

A spokesperson for Gatorade, Jennifer Schmit said in a statement: “We no longer see a role for Tiger in our marketing efforts and have ended our relationship. We wish him all the best.”

However, Gatorade has said that they will continue to support Tiger Woods’ charity.

Tiger’s agent said: “We have been in discussions with Gatorade, and while we are disappointed they have decided to not continue with Tiger in their marketing plans, we appreciate their continued involvement with Tiger through his foundation.”

Looks like Tiger has to really show some really good results, after his scandals broke lose, if he wants to get back those sponsors.

Tiger Woods turned 34 on December 30th last year and the world’s top golfer seems to have disappeared after all the scandals of his many affairs broke out.

Tiger Woods had a not so great present waiting for him when AT&T dropped him from sposoring the brand.

A spokesman for AT&T (via the Wall Street Journal) said: “We are ending our sponsorship agreement with Tiger Woods and wish him well in the future”.

The world witnessed Tiger Woods’ fall from fame when women after women came ahead and claimed to have had longstanding affairs with the golfing pro. This resulted in the end of his marriage to Swedish model Elin Nordegren.
