E!Online is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is “in a stronger place” and is leaving rehab. Lohans has been at Cirque Lodge Treatment Center, in Utah, since August where she had checked in for the 3rd rehab this year.

Lohan has been a a mess recently, with 3 tries at rehab, a couple of DUIs and a negligence suit stemming from a car accident in 2005.

“It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable, because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs,” she said in a statement in August.

The actress is heading back to L.A. to start shooting on her next movie, a romantic drama called “Dare To Love Me” and is expected to continue her addiction treatment at a Cirque-affiliated facility in the area.

It’s never good to buck the legal system, not even when you’re Britney Spears. Seems Spears found herself not in “substantial compliance” with a previous court order.

As a result Britney gets to visit her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, under the supervision of a monitor. She is allowed to see them every other day but the visit can be cut short if the monitor feels that the children are endangered.

Spears lost physical custody of the boys earlier this week after she failed to produce a valid driver’s permit and allegedly missed a drug and alcohol test.

In the latest battle over Britney and Kevin Federline’s children, a judge has ordered random drug and alcohol testing for Britney.  the judge said that, based on evidence presented during the closed door hearing, Spears remains a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of “controlled substances and alcohol.”

The testing will be conducted twice a week and at random intervals. The judge also ordered the couple to enrol in Parenting without Conflict and required Britney to hire a parenting coach. Spears has been spiralling out of control since her split with Federline. Her very public antics include being photographed at night clubs without underwear, a stint in rehab, shaving her head, attacking a photographer with an umbrella and her recent flop at the VMA show.

Nicole Ritchie has finally admitted that she is indeed pregnant. After months of rumors circulating about her baby bump, Ritchie told Diane Sawyer of ABC that she is 4 months along. She also confirmed that her boyfriend, Joel Madden of the group Good Charlotte is the father.

She also discussed her recent guilty plea to driving under the influence that resulted in a sentence of 4 days in jail, a fine of $2,048 and mandatory drug and alcohol rehab.

It was also announced that Ritchie’s reality show with pal, Paris Hilton has been cancelled after 5 seasons. Sources stated that the network felt that the girls real lives were overshadowing the t.v. show as the reason for the shows cancellation.

The Diane Sawyer interview with Nicole Ritchie will air on “Good Morning America” on Thursday and Friday and on “20/20″ Friday night.

Seems Lindsay just can’t stay away from the booze and blow.

After having just completed her second stint in rehab, Lohan was again arrested on suspicion of drunk driving again yesterday.

After police received a call about a car chase, they pulled Lohan over and conducted a field sobriety test. She tested between .12 and .13 which is over the .08 limit. She was then booked on charges of suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license as well as possession of cocaine and transporting a narcotic. The cocaine was found in one of Lohan’s pant pockets during a pre-booking search. She was released on $25,000 bail.

Lohan had left a Malibu rehab center earlier this month and was suppose to be wearing an alcohol wrist monitoring device voluntarily.

David Hasselhoff’s visitation rights with his two teenage daughters were suspended on Monday.The reason for the suspended visitation, a videotape showing the former Baywatch actor drunk.

Apparently Hasselhoff was taped, by his 16-year old daughter, about three months ago in his home in Las Vegas. The actor had been appearing in a stage version of “The Producers” at the time.

The portions of the videotape that surfaced and aired last week showed Hasselhoff lying on the floor wearing only jeans and trying to eat a hamburger. He can be heard slurring and stammering while his daughter reproaches him for drinking.

As a result of the videotape, Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas decided that Hasslehoff’s visitation rights with his daughters are suspended until a May 21 hearing.

Hasselhoff is known for his roles in “Knight Rider” and “Baywatch”. He filed for divorce from Pamela Bach after 16 years of marriage citing “irreconcilable differences.” The couple has shared custody of their two daughters, Taylor Ann and Haley.

Judge Franz E. Miller rules that Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s 14-year marriage will officially be over on April 24.Houston, who filed for divorce in October, 2006 citing “irreconcilable differences” did not ask for spousal or child support and was granted custody of their 14-year old daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

The couple wed in 1992 and during their marriage Houston twice entered drug rehabilitation programs and Brown was arrested on drug and alcohol charges.

Family Ties’ youngest was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend. The child that was the star in the 80s sitcom, Brian Bonsall, 25, poured an alcoholic beverage on Lindsay Dunavan, 26, while she was asleep and then when she tried to leave, got pushed a few times down on the bed. She reported Bonsall to the police and when they got there both of them got arrested. Dunavan however, got released an hour later, Bonsall being the “prominent aggressor” even if he told the police that he was the one assaulted after Dunavan tried to attack him with a knife, and injured his arm and face.

Come on baby, you’re full of it. Why can’t you confirm that you got drunk and you wanted a little one, and she didn’t? He is being investigated for two counts: felony second-degree assault and misdemeanor false imprisonment. Currently held in Boulder County Jail, Bonsall is used with being imprisoned. In 2004 after the police spotted someone vomiting off the window of his SUV, he said he had “plenty” to drink, so he was withheld. The bail was set for $5,000.
