Lindsay Lohan Out of Rehab AGAIN!

E!Online is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is “in a stronger place” and is leaving rehab. Lohans has been at Cirque Lodge Treatment Center, in Utah, since August where she had checked in for the 3rd rehab this year.
Lohan has been a a mess recently, with 3 tries at rehab, a couple of DUIs and a negligence suit stemming from a car accident in 2005.
“It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable, because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs,” she said in a statement in August.
The actress is heading back to L.A. to start shooting on her next movie, a romantic drama called “Dare To Love Me” and is expected to continue her addiction treatment at a Cirque-affiliated facility in the area.


It’s never good to buck the legal system, not even when you’re Britney Spears. Seems Spears found herself not in “substantial compliance” with a previous court order.
In the latest battle over Britney and Kevin Federline’s children, a judge has ordered random drug and alcohol testing for Britney. the judge said that, based on evidence presented during the closed door hearing, Spears remains a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of “controlled substances and alcohol.”
Seems Lindsay just can’t stay away from the booze and blow.
David Hasselhoff’s visitation rights with his two teenage daughters were suspended on Monday.The reason for the suspended visitation, a videotape showing the former Baywatch actor drunk.
Family Ties’ youngest was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend. The child that was the star in the 80s sitcom, Brian Bonsall, 25, poured an alcoholic beverage on Lindsay Dunavan, 26, while she was asleep and then when she tried to leave, got pushed a few times down on the bed. She reported Bonsall to the police and when they got there both of them got arrested. Dunavan however, got released an hour later, Bonsall being the “prominent aggressor” even if he told the police that he was the one assaulted after Dunavan tried to attack him with a knife, and injured his arm and face.
