Popular TV presenter and British Journalist, Piers Morgan has recently announced that he has stepped down as the judge of the popular reality show ‘America’s Got Talent’. Morgan on 9th November announced the news on Twitter and said that he is stepping down as the judge of the show.
The TV presenter added that he had spent wonderful 6 years on the show which had made him a star across the Atlantic over the years. Last year Piers had also stepped down from ‘Britian’s Got Talent’ due to his commitments to the US.
While talking about the reason Piers had said that it was becoming difficult for him to keep switching between the shows and so now he has decided to concentrate only on CNN. Last year, the TV presenter had got in to a show with the CNN which was earlier done by the TV veteran Larry King.
Morgan had thanked Fremantle, NBC and also his close friend Simon Cowell. He had specially thanked Cowell to give hi the opportunity to judge the popular show. Piers is now the next prospective candidate to host the Oscars after actor Eddie Murphy had stepped down from the job. Morgan also become popular after winning ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’.
