American actress and singer Jennifer Lopez, recently opened up why she was in the verge of leaving American Idol and about her marriage. The actress and her husband Marc Anthony had jointly announced that were getting separated officially.
Lopez had recently confirmed that she would be returning to the singing show for the new season. The actress had revealed that there was a point during the end of the earlier season, when she wasn’t sure about her return.
Lopez said that she was tired at the end with everything that was going on in her life at that time. In the month of June the actress and her husband had announced that they would be separating after seven years of marriage.
Lopez at a press conference had said that she had realized that Idol was one of the best things she was ever involved in. The singer even credited to work with her co-judges Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler and the show host Ryan Seacrest. Lopez said that they had encouraged and helped her to take the decision. Earlier, there were reports that Lopez would no more be a part of the show as her husband Marc wanted her to spend more time at home with family.
