After seven long years of being together, Hollywood’s singing sensations Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have decided to part ways. A joint statement was issued by the couple, which had announced that they are planning to get divorced.
The statement said that they have decided to end their marriage and that they have come to the decision that was made amicably. Jen and Marc in the statement had also added that it was indeed painful for everyone who was involved in the matter and was a difficult decision too.
The statement also added that they had taken the decision without any drama and they had been dealing with had times. Marc and Jennifer have two children, twins Emme and Max, who are three years old.
The couple had tied the knot in the year 2004, after dating for a long time. Marc had got married just four days after his divorce was finalized with Dayanara Torres. JLo and Marc had got married in a very secret wedding ceremony and had not announced their wedding for long. In February 2008, Jennifer gave birth to fraternal twins a girl and a boy, who were introduced in March 2008.
