American recording artist and actress, Jennifer Hudson was recently rushed to the hospital after she had complained of severe abdomen pain. The singer was rushed to the NY hospital for a bad case of food poisoning.
The actress was immediately taken to the hospital after she had performed at the Good Morning America Show. According to the representative of the actress, the 29 year old was admitted to the emergency room of the hospital.
The doctors at the hospital had diagnosed her with food poisoning and had sent her home to recover completely. The Oscar winning actress was well till she had performed at the Good Morning America.
Hudson at the show was promoting her latest album ‘I Remember Me’. The Chicago based singer had auditioned at the third season of the American Idol that took place in Atlanta. While auditioning she had said that she had been singing on the Disney Cruise Lines for the past few months. This was when Randy Jackson, one of the judges had said that they are expecting more than a cruise performance from her. Hudson had managed to reach the top nine in the season, after she had performed Elton John’s song ‘Circle of Life’ on 6th April.
