In a heinous and horrific incident that took place at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, a doctor of the hospital has been reported to be dead during a shooting. It is said that a man was being told about the condition of his mother when he pulled out his gun, shot the doctor, his mother and then eventually himself. The person who committed the crime and then killed himself was named Warren Davis.
According to the Baltimore Police Commissioner, Davis was in a conversation with the doctor about his mother’s condition, after which he became emotionally unstable and violent. The reason for such a behavior by Davis is said that he did not know what his mother was being treated for at the world famous cancer hospital.
He eventually became very unstable and excited, pulled a semiautomatic hand gun he was carrying and shot the doctor. He later hid in the room with his mother where she was being treated, and created a standoff with the authorities for almost two hours. After sometime when the authorities were able to get into the room, they found both Davis and his mother dead. This is an incident that has been witnessed by the Johns Hopkins Hospital for the first time the history of the organization.
