Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff has finally confirmed that he has taken retirement from the game of Cricket. Andrew is considered one of the best all rounders of the England in the game of Cricket, and as of now that he has retired it will be hard for English Cricket as they will be missing him a lot.
Andrew felt that it will be the right time to retire and especially as he has failed to recover from the injury that he received in 2009 during the Ashes series. He stated that it is very sad and disappointing for I am retiring from all forms of the Game.
Flintoff finally took the decision of retiring from Cricket after he consulted his Medical Doctors. He told his doctors that he is not able to stand up to the rigorous form of the game and that he is also not feeling fit enough after the series of operation that he has undergone. This was the only alternative ahead of him as he could not see any other option.
