Still not much could be said of the Tropical Storm Hermine, as it brought in heavy rainfall with it and broke records in Texas. There were floods and flood like situation in Texas as Hermine poured a record 3.6 inches of rain in Waco at around 08.30 am, the previous record was 2.24 inches of rain in a day.
It has been raining overnight now in the Northern region of Texas and 3 to 6 inches of rain has been measures, and it is still continuing to rain there. Flood warning have ranged from the state of Oklahoma to south Texas, and one person has already been reported to be dead in the floods.
Hermine will continue to rain for the next 24-36 hours and they will fade away, as we just hope as such. On the other hand 5 inches of rain is supposed to downpour today by Hermine in Texas. There has been warning for tonight as there can be intense rain which can cause another phase of flash flooding.
