Stephen Hawking Clearly Defies The Concept Of Creationism

Stephen Hawking has clearly defied the concept of creationism in his latest book “The Grand Design”. Stephen Hawking is scientific genius and well knows in the science society as being a pioneer in mathematics and physics. In addition to this he also the longest living person to have the amyotrophic lateral sclerosis [ALS], since he had it from the age of 21.

But he has been in news these days for defying the concept of creationism, something that has been followed and believed by almost everyone in the world. He states that there is no entity such as a God, who is termed to be a creator, rather the world was created because of the Big Bang event. But religious views just dont give up over his theory, there is a strong argument on this.

If it is believed that the world is created by God, who is above all, then science questions who created God? This is where most of the religious views and beliefs comes to halt. Then there is an answer here by the Christian leaders that if there is some entity that has an existance without being created and is superior to everything, that entity is called ‘GOD’. For eg. if human being has created or invented something, like the super computer, the machine can never have the capability or capacity to understand its creator or Man.

For if a machine is given a capability to understand and know who man is, there will be a sense or fear of being dominated in the future. Same as with the heavenly GOD, he will never give man the ability to understand him, for He is the creator and will be that way. Even if Hawking needs to understand this it will never be solved by him, that ‘who is this creator’, and so he just came up with a theory that there is no creator, simple.

One Response to “Stephen Hawking Clearly Defies The Concept Of Creationism”

  1. Pete Hodge says:

Prof Stephen Hawking is a genius without any question. In his new book he has made the pronouncement that there is no entity such as a God, who is termed to be a creator, rather the world was created because of the Big Bang event.

That of course, is his conclusion based upon his research. I respect his view. But unfortunately, in this case Prof. Hawking arrived at an incorrect conclusion.

His view that the world/universe was created as a result of the big bang. Actually, through the agency of gravity. But there is a problem with this view, as before the ‘big bang’ there was nothing. Actually, the same as the creation view. Before God created the universe, nothing existed in the material realm. God, being spirit and eternal had no beginning just as He will have no end.

The sooner evolutionists get to realise that there various concepts have more holes in them than swiss cheese, the sooner we can get down to some serious scientific research and discussion. But as evolutionists do not want to face the probability of their belief system being destroyed by evidence and logical discussion, there is very little chance of anything other than spite, insults and ridicule from them.

Meanwhile, we creationists await their agreement to talk rationally about the topic.
