Carlos Dunlap was arrested on Tuesday for driving under the influence of alcohol. The arrest comes a few days before one of the biggest games of the season – where Florida will play against No. 2 Alabama in the Southeastern Conference championship game.

Dunlap, a 20-year-old junior from North Charleston, S.C., was released about six hours after his arrest after his appearance at the Alachua County Jail.
Reports say that Dunlap was slumped at the driving wheel an when woken up by an officer, he could barely open his eyes before going back to sleep.
Dunlap failed a field sobriety test and in his intoxicated state he even refused to take a breath test, which resulted in him getting arrested.
Dunlap has been the defensive MVP of the Bowl Championship.
