U.S. State Department Spokesperson P.J.Crowley said that the US wants Pakistan should take probe into the matter of 26/11. He feels that everyone should get justice as early as possible. He also informed that US would carry on discussions with Pakistan, insisting them to work faster on the 26/11 issue.
Crowley said, “There are things, clearly, that Pakistan must do. Certainly, continuing to investigate and bring to justice those who are responsible for the Mumbai attack is an important element.”
“It’s important to Pakistan. It’s also important to India. And we will continue our conversations with Pakistan on the things that it needs to do not only for the benefit of Pakistan but the region as a whole,” he added further.
India is blaming Lashkar-e-Toiba (Let), a Pakistan based terror group to have been the heads behind the 26/11 attack and the only attacker surviving has been awarded with a death sentence by the government of India
