Ramalinga Raju, the former MD and chief financial officer, Vadlamani Srinivas, of Satyam along with three others of the same company have been granted bail by the Andhra Pradesh High Court, in context of the multi crore financial scam with the company.
Except, B. Ramalinga Raju, all the accused in the Satyam have been granted bails by the court in each different event. Pricewaterhouse (PwC) auditor S. Gopalkrishnan and former internal auditor Prabhakara Gupta, who had been accused in the Satyam scandal, too have been granted bails.
In the month of January last year, Satyam founder, Ramalinga Raju, and nine of his other accomplices were arrested after he had accepted, that he had played a fraudulent game in the company’s books of accounts, which amounted to crores.
