Protima Bedi’s Streaking For The Launch Of Bollywood Magazine, Cineblitz Still Remembered

Back in the year 1974 Protima Bedi Mother of Pooja Bedi was in the news for streaking for the launch of the magazine Cineblitz.

Her life was full of glamor and excitement and the media was shocked many a times. She married Kabir Bedi in the year 1969. Protima Bedi was a model but later turned to Classical Indian dance, Odissi. She later established ‘Nrityagram’, a dance village near Bangalore.

In her autobiography, Timepass, which was published by her daughter Pooja Bedi, everything about her is explained from her relationships to the time she left to explore the Himalayas where she breathed her last.

She passed away in the Malpa landslide, near Pithoragarh, Himalayas. Her remains were never found.
