The Yashwantrao Chavhan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) has announced its results for the English and Marathi medium exam that was held in May 2010.

The Yashwantrao Chavhan Maharashtra Open University is spread all over Maharashtra. It has eight regional centres in Amravati, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nashik, Nanded, Nagpur and Pune. The university’s head office is in Nashik.
The University although belongs to Maharashtra but is now authorized to work on global level. This could have been possible because of the amendment in the University Acy by the state government.
YCMOU was established in the year 1989 in the month of July. It is associated with many bigger names like Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU), Commonwealth of Learning (COL), Canada.
