Battlestar’s Starbuck still Bionic

Katee Sackhoff, Capt. Kara “Starbuck” Thrace, on “Battlestar” has inked a deal to remain on the new NBC series “Bionic Woman”.
Sackhoff guested on the pilot of “Bionic” as Jamie Sommers’ (Michelle Ryan) nemesis Sara. Featured heavily in promos and touted as having a recurring role on the series, Sackhoff did not have a contract longer than a couple of episodes. However, it has been reported that late Tuesday, July 17, Sackhoff signed a deal that secured her continued role on the series.
David Eick, executive producer for both BSG and Bionic Woman is the one that “put a good word” because he’s behind the whole deal. How sweet is this? Any relations?

Victoria Beckham, formerly Posh Spice and currently married to soccer superstar David Beckham, doesn’t seem to have the media appeal she did in England.Slated to star in a mini-series about life as a Beckham and her move to The United States, her TV reality show has been pared down to a single 1 hour show. Critics are not only panning the show but are actively bashing it.
