Beyonce Knowles, pop singer and former member of the girl group Destiny’s child had a minor accident during a performance at Florida’s Amway Theatre last month.

While having bragged that she finds dancing in high heels “the easiest thing to do,’ Knowles managed a header down 15 stairs while leaving the stage.

After the incident, the singer asked members of the audience not to release any footage of the accident online. However, one member released footage to a news station and the footage posted on YouTube has been removed and replaced with the following notice: This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Sony BMG.

Ginger Rogers might have been able to dance backwards in high heels but seems like Beyonce needs more practice using them on stairs.
