New York Giants’ Chad Jones had to undergo immediate surgery on Friday, after meeting with a freak accident, when his SUV rammed into a street pole. The sports star had to be admitted at the LSU Public Hospital in New Orleans on Friday, his condition was critical when he had been admitted.
According to his manager, the 21 year old player was quite alert and awake when he had been taken to the hospital, but the injuries that he has sustained are yet not disclosed and he had to undergo surgery early afternoon that very day. Another point that has been troubling the police is, what actually made Jones lose control over his vehicle, when he was driving early in the morning at 6.00 am and and that too on a six lane road.
Jones was not alone in his car, it said that there were two men with him the car, and they are perfectly safe now. Shreese Harper, local police spokeswoman, has stated that, the exact cause of his accident is unknown, and toxicology test have been done to see whether if alcohol has played its role in this accident or not, but it is just a bit too early to say anything for the moment.
