The American Idol 2010 show has come to an end and the next American Idol 2010 winner is none other than the hunky Lee DeWyze. Lee DeWyze beat Crystal Bowersox to become the Season 9 American Idol winner.
When asked by Idol host Ryan Seacrest how he felt, DeWyze said, “I don’t know. It’s amazing, thank you, guys, so much … I love you. Crystal, I love you.”
The American Idol finale was star studded with performances from Christina Aguilera, Bret Michaels, The Bee Gees and even Janet Jackson – who was sporting a new haircut.
The previous season American Idol winners were also present – except for David Cook – and so was ex-Idol judge Paula Abdul. They came to bid judge Simon Cowell farewell from American Idol.
The finale also saw the top 12 of this season of American Idol performing a song together.
