The Week 8 results of “Dancing With the Stars” saw Michael Buble, Susan Boyle, Sabrina Bryan, Dance Center as well as a surprise elimination.
The show began with Len explaining why they chose Joanna Krupa & Derek Hough’s Futuristic Paso Doble for the encore over Mya & Dmitry Chaplin’s Disco Samba even before seeing the steps of the dance.
Since Donny Osmond & Kym Johnson were ’safe’, they left Aaron Carter & Karina Smirnoff and Kelly Osbourne & Louis Van Amstel to face the elimination. It was a shock when the results were declared after a long break.
Kelly Osbourne, daughter of Ozzy and Sharon, made it through to the semi-finals on the show, but that meant it was the end of the road for Aaron Carter & Karina Smirnoff.
Lee Goodman spoke very higly of the 21 year old singer and said,”I think the dedication that you have shown week after week is absolutely fantastic. I think you’re an inspiration to all young people that anything is possible, and if you were my son, I would be so proud of you. But more important, you be proud of yourself, because you’ve been great.”
