There were some shocking video broadcasts that showed what was supposed to be final moments of Sea World trainer Dawn Brancheau, but Sea World has not confirmed whether this footage is indeed the correct one.

The widely publicized killer whale attack was caused by the Orca Tillikum aka ‘Tilly”.

According to reports and witness accounts, trainer Dawnreports Brancheau was grabbed by the killer whale Tilikum and allegedly thrashed around which led to her death in the Shamu stadium in Orlando.

Once an alarm was sounded and help came to the scene, it was too late.

Back in 1999, a man was found dead in the Tillikum’s tank after he allegedly creeped into the complex and died after the whale ‘played’ with him.

It is very tragic for the trainer and her family. She apparently loved this mammal.I think it is sad for these animals to be in captivity and do tricks to enterain people. If you want to see the real beauty of nature of whales,do a whale watching trip.It is unfair for these whales to give up their lives to perform for people. It may promate whale watching conservation but the price of the whale is far too great.Everyone loves seeing them perform but people need to stop being selfish and look at the entire picture. They are the king of the sea,the Orca can kill and a Great White Shark, that show how dangerous they truly are.Apparently,Tillikum has lived pratically his entire life in captivity,it’s cruel and unfair and selfish.I do believe his trainer who was killed would not want any harm to come to this beautiful, intelligent magnificent animal. It is sad for everyone

why do they still have this whale at SeaWorld if it has killed 2 people (on record).

  3. Indian says:

its very tragic to the whale, even after known to have been killed one trainer, it was very unfair for him to be included again in the same training sessions, which most of the times irritates the animal,
